The game describes itself at some point as "Sokoban Snooker with Telefrag Portals," which is not a bad summary of Dungeons of Dreadrock. Things are fairly casual, but the puzzles are generally well-paced, feel fresh, and are nicely wrapped in an entertaining story that keeps you engaged. Most puzzles are solved by figuring out the right move order or the right angle to place objects or enemies. Those are fine. There are also some timing/quick-time action puzzles that can be a bit nerve-wracking. The best puzzles are those that require some form of backtracking to a previous level or offer different solutions. However, sometimes it feels a bit unpolished and we are not exactly reaching new heights in the genre either. Regardless, all puzzles feel rewarding and immediately pull you into the next one until the game concludes, and that's already a big feat. Overall, I would recommend this game, especially for fans of pushing puzzles. 3/5

Played this in two evenings for 5 hours, and you should, too. Basically, it's the puzzle parts of Zelda Games on stereoids. It has enough story to keep you going but otherwise it's 100% handcrafted gameplay. No fetch quest, no grinding, no roguelike-sandbox.

Highly recommended puzzler. Although the control feels a little bit clunky and the sometimes the solutions seem came out of nowhere. Strongly suggest to use built-in hint systems or lookup video on YouTube if stuck more than 10 minutes or so.

I adored this li'l gem of a game. Though I looked up a few hints, most puzzles weren't too difficult. I liked that some solutions could be "brute forced" rather than following a specific pattern... wouldn't mind more of this kind of flexibility in more rooms. The overall concept and vibe are on point, would love to see a sequel.

After finishing the game I just wanted more and more of this, couldn't find much. Game is amazing, for real all the puzzles are surreal this is something you don't see everyday. The progression is otherworldly. Just jump in and if after 15 mins you're not hooked, it's safe to say this is not for you.
