Well done Dungeon crawler. I would say it has slightly less polish that LoG or LoG2, but certainly has the spirit. The game could use a little explaination on what each spell does in terms of mechanics. Over all, I would say it is worth the price and worth the play.

6/10 Another game I would give a neutral rating to if I could. It's going to be impossible to not compare this to legend of grimrock (the first game in particular) because it is more or less a carbon copy of it. And if you played grimrock and want more of that, then it's an okay game to pick up on sale. If you haven't played grimrock, pick that up instead, because dragon knight doesn't do anything different, better or even as good. And I'm only rating positive because they at least tried to give more grimrock when it became obvious that grimrock 3 will probably never happen. It's got the atmosphere and the mechanics done well enough but it does have a number of issues that grimrock just didn't. Like the complete lack of enemy variety, the secret rewards being underwhelming, getting the best gear too early, most of which you can just buy. The story just has a basic beginning and ending (a sequel bait cliff hanger that will probably never happen) and nothing in between, where as grimrock at least gave bits of lore here and there while exploring. The sound track is non existent, using custom portraits is a bad idea because then characters will be silent and you might miss voice cues. Oh, and the English is not good. So yeah. It's just okay and barely passable. Pick it up on sale if you want more grimrock.

I have not had this much fun with a game since I finished Legend of Grimrock I and II. Very similar. The puzzles are good. Not crazy involved or complex where you have to keep notes and get a headache trying to figure it out. However, there are a lot of little secrets that you can easily overlook so it is always fun, many of the secrets are quite clever. I do not like how you pick up notes automatically when you walk over them. There is no way to tell what you picked up was a note so you do not know one of your party now has a note with a hint. I often notice them in the inventory long after we passed the area.

Mediocore dungeon crawler. My 3 y/o kid played with me and she was concerned if there are any forest hunters in the dungeon. No hunters were in the dungeon, only skeletons and slimes. 7/10
