Yaoi jesus game. Steam version is heavily censored, I recommend buying the DLC from the JAST store, or just buy the base game from the JAST store. (I got DMMD on sale here and the uncensored DLC from JASTusa so overall it was cheaper for me!) I've been wanting to play this game since I watched the show years ago, the show does not COMPARE to how good the game is. I like playing VNs a ton, DMMD is a very high scale, long, amazing quality game imo. The CGs are fantastic, theres so many small details, I could just sit and stare at them for a very long time with how pretty they look. VA is top tier, this is my first 18+ VN that has voice acting so it was definitely a "WOAH HELLO THOSE ARE MOANS YEP" (my actual thoughts) props to those VAs and their skill set in that area The theme songs and soundtracks are good and my favorite ending song by far has to be "Tears". As for character ending. hmm, Noiz was my favorite from the show, but I'd have to say Clear is my favorite good ending. Noiz and Koujaku as a close second. I have yet to play ALL content of the game, currently I will move onto DMMD re:connect, then re:code, I am both excited, and slightly hesitant, to finish all content of this beautiful world! (I am going to feel like a husk for a long time once its over) The Linear notes were a nice read (extra after completing the game) though they did make me feel sad I wasn't able to be part of the fandom when it came out and was fresh :( I hope to continue enjoying content from dmmd no matter how old it becomes, it will always have a very special place in my heart and I will continue to enjoy, and look forward to, other Nitro+CHiRAL games I hope anyone who is reading this, and plays the game, will enjoy it wholeheartedly!

I unfortunately watched gameplay on this game when I was like 9 or 10 back in 2015. I'll admit I'm not proud of it. I'll also admit that I was excited to see this game on Steam after all these years. I have always had this game in the back of my mind. I love the story, I love the yoai. Aoba is Yaoi Jesus. Unfortunately, it's heavily censored, but it was nice to see this game again, and I'm going to buy the uncensored version now. I hope you guys enjoyed it as much as I have. :)

This is the peak of BL games, if you started here it's only downhill. The character designs, their stories and the overall game story are great. It's worth every single replay.

For people who saw this and went, "Hell yeah!" because you know this game and saw it when it first came out this is for you! Back then I watched people play this game, with or without nsfw art, and loved the novel I always wanted to play it myself. THIS VERSION the nsfw scenes are CUT OUT, even the words during the scenes and some noises. The only way to get them is a DLC from Jastusa.com, they sell the game (I don't know if it's the full one) along with a steam DLC for this steam version of the game. ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE, because it does work for that extra $4-$5, is no bad-ending nsfw scenes. (Unless I downloaded it wrong, I had to look up how to move the new files onto the ones on steam to get them.) I still like it but I kinda feel like I was cheated out of the true game from what I saw a long time ago, I read the reasons being from new guidelines to copyrights but I truly don't know. Love the game none-the-less and if you don't actually want to see the lower parts of the nsfw art without the work of DLC then this game is for you.

yes, haha, gay sex. but, there's really a lot more to dmmd than JUST the sex and that really makes it. you're going to get attached to these characters, its inevitable, dont try to fight it. genuinely, that was the best part. rooting for aoba and friends became one of my favorite activities, especially after i got a little deeper into the story and his relationships. these are really well written characters, and even though i absolutely despise some of them as people, they all serve their purpose in the story and they do it perfectly. there's really no stone left unturned and no possibility left unexplored here. it's a lot of reading, but it never felt like it. i lost twelve hours in a single sitting (don't ask me how). the soundtrack is golden and i wish i could buy it and put it on a CD and listen to it until the heat death of the universe. the aesthetic and worldbuilding is delicious and beautiful. ...but the art is a little dated and "yaoi-ish" (strange proportions and expressions) and some of the pictures get cropped on the steam edition. if youre dead set on seeing aoba's moneymaker in the video game, you might wanna consider buying somewhere else. ive heard about external patches to make the 18+ scenes operate in their full glory, but i havent personally investigated them and i dont plan to. there's a CG dump or three out there, just look for it. overall, this game has taken over my entire life. my friends are worried for my mental health. team koujaku for the win oh my god, yes, and please please mind the content warnings for the game. there's a lot of violence and gore, but most people talk about the other stuff. there's a concerning amount of SA/r*pe in dmmd, specifically targeted at aoba. even though im not specifically sensitive to that kind of thing, it still caught me off guard and left me feeling gross. "bad" endings will usually contain, just, like, straight up assault. even my darling koujaku's "good" ending had a near-SA scene about half way through. take care of yourselves. i'll recommend this game to anyone, any day of the week, but please don't pick up dramatical murder if you're not in a good place mentally.
