Really fun and interesting top-down strategy game. 6 campaigns, 90+ single missions, and a random mission generator that allows for a good amount of playtime. Not much like this type of game out there and scratched an itch I didn't know I had. Easy to pick up and understand, but provides a good challenge throughout the missions/campaigns. Although I had played Door Kickers 2 prior to picking this one up, it was well worth it. In comparison to Door Kickers 2; DK1 it is just a more simple version with smaller maps, less utilities, and no destructible environments. The difference in gameplay from DK1 to DK2, is like the difference from Halo Wars 1 to Halo Wars 2. DK2 is undoubtedly an improvement on the foundation of the previous installment. With DK2s 1.0 release sometime this year, I don't see myself playing any more of this game. However, I believe it is still worth a play, even at full price. Definitely on sale. 100% in less than 45hrs.

the skill curve is immense. i constantly tap into my insane cag larp mindset to try and beat a level but still end up failing many times. 10/10, i hate eastridge woods cabin.

Incredibly fun. Control a small squad of units on the fly, or prep and plan the scenario and watch them in action. Has great replay value.

Not as good as Breach and Clear but it is unique in its way Good graphic and good gameplay. Replayable value!

Great tactical game without the pressure of "on the fly" decision making. think. plan. act. Ability to customize each squad member in the roster making each one more personable. great attention to details and ability while maintaining simplicity. easy 9/10
