Who said the xbox controller never worked with this game??? It was the one thing the reason i never brought it. as guess what as soon as i started the game it found my controller i re - config the buttons and i am good to go. any one else out there wants too know yes xbox one controller works great. and with it on sale what a steel.

Better than elite dangerous. I still have my old old CD and its original case, CD is heavily damaged caused I played this SO MUCH when I was a young little thing. NOTE: You might have to run a patch to get it working! Look it up!

Campy, really old graphics, but still fun to play. Get's a little repetitive and monotonous in places, but still a decent space combat fighter game. Love the upgrades to the ship, but some of the side quests and special uses are counter-intuitive. Even so, It's fun to play and complete.

I played this on CD long time ago... in a galaxy far far away... It was an okay space shootout and trading sim game. Quite similar to Freelancer and I like it because, well, I like most games from the extinct Ascaron Entertainment. The graphics is tolerable, the space dogfights are good, the characters are uhhh and the story is below average and very linear. There's only one ship that you need. The ONE ship that rules them all! But after awhile, you get bored of the same repeated actions and missions. Also, I stopped trading because killing pirates will give you more money. As I slog slowly towards the final end, I would only recommend this to gamers who love both space sim and grinding, and have a very low expectation of a game. P.S. - There are more populated planets here than any in Starfield. Also, You will finally meet all the developers from Ascaron at the end of the game, literally. Rating: 61%
