I really enjoyed this video-graphic, actual story-line, version of Dagon. It's one of my favourites, among others such as The Silver Key, Through The Gates Of The Silver Key, The Dreams In The Witch House, The Lurking Fear, and The Haunter Of The Dark. Especially with my being a writer. What I would really like to see is a first person survival cosmic horror, with elements from a series of Lovecraft's stories rolled into one theme, or maybe everything. An open world environment, or at least some sprawling levels, with scientific, alien weapons, alongside pistols, shotguns, rifle, machine gun, grenades, and Mythic-Icon weapons, curses, with protective amulets etc. With, also, the graphic quality in this scrolling video-tale, in a game much like I suggested above. And, oh yeah, a dynamic sanity system, and health applications. I think my favourite Lovecraft video game is perhaps, Call Of Cthulhu, because of the intense moments, and the sneaky action, including the cut scenes. Not forgetting the weapons, sutures, and insanity and the relentless pursuit from the Gilman Hotel. It's kinda claustrophobic in parts. Thanks for having this on offer - I hope Ukraine does well out of it.

An interactive point and click visual novel adaptation of H.P. Lovecraft's short story of the same name. And surprisingly well made one, if I say so myself. The environments and graphics are quite detailed. Good looking even I might say. While the music is limited only to the tensest moments in the story, it serves it's purpose well. And sometimes the absence of music only adds to the atmosphere. And atmosphere is effectively what this adaptation is all about. For a small bonus, if you're willing to take your time to look through the scenes before continuing with the story, there are pieces of behind the scenes information hidden in almost all scenes. Specifically, real life information regarding the elements and the background of the story of Dagon, or real life info regarding Lovecraft himself. Dagon is among Lovecraft's shortest stories, so the interactive adaptation isn't long either. Yet not only does it succeed at being atmospheric from the beginning to the end, this is easily among the most faithful adaptations of Lovecraft's stories I've ever seen. And of course as a small bonus, the main story is available for free. The only real downside? Technically speaking it's an interactive 3D story, not a full-on video game.

ESTO NO ES UN JUEGO, ES UNA HISTORIA INTERACTIVA./THIS IS NOT A GAME IS AN INTERACTIVE STORY Letting this clear, i really like it, the music is great, the graphics are on point, and the secrets so we can know more about Lovercraft are really interesting, so yes, this is more than just a "visual novel" but it's not a game, and it excells at that, even if i did not play it in VR
