As someone who played Crash Bandicoot games over and over again in the past, I can tell you that this remake delivers exactly what I wanted. The platformer retains the same demanding and punishing challenge of the original games coated in a polished modern sheen that makes even the most familiar levels feel fresh. If you’re ready for a quick trip to your childhood, Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy doesn’t disappoint. The developers stayed true to the series and did a good job satisfying our nostalgic cravings.

Fantastic remakes of 3 undeniable classics. Extremely faithfully made with clear love and care for the originals. Also PLEASE put Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled on Steam. It makes no sense to make the best kart racing game of all time and keep it hostage on Switch and PS4 at 30FPS

You can't deny that this is just pure platforming perfection, as these three games lent a hand in making the PS1 as famous as it is, since they all sold very well on said console. Just about everything in this collection is of good quality, even though the N. Sane difficulty of a few things can grind your gears excessively. The visuals, the gameplay, the music, the fact that the PC version runs in 60fps (which the devs missed an opportunity for with the PS5 and Xbox Series consoles)... lovely. Of the three, I'd probably recommend Crash 2 the most. You should still have a good time with 1 and 3, though. Steam Deck Compatibility: That "Verified" tag is rightfully deserved. Having 100%'ed Crash 2 on my OLED unit recently, this collection runs extremely well. You can achieve 60fps with a good-looking image (1280x800, Medium preset, Low Shadows, no Motion Blur nor DOF), with dips to be shown in a few levels. You can lock your FPS to 40 if you want the battery to last a little longer. Great set of games for the Deck.
