Personally i like the idea of Counter Strike being a single player experience better than it being multiplayer i had way more fun playing through by my own than getting obliterated by Hackers and Smurfs in CSGO this game is basically the half life experience in counter strike form sort of i genuinely suggest getting this game over CSGO or any other counter strike games.

The forgotten, underappreciated Counter Strike. If you loved playing with bots, you'll love Condition Zero. Bot AI is pretty damn good to the point where even the hostages have their own AI, being a lot more reactive and feeling more human to interact with. They'll try to escape on their own if unguarded, get scared if terrorists aim at them, wave to counter-terrorists if they see them and no terrorists are nearby, react to grenades (flash/smoke/frag), etc. This is also the only Counter-Strike I know that comes with an actual singleplayer mode known as Deleted Scenes. It's janky as hell and very flawed, but I appreciate the effort nonetheless. Deleted Scenes would be better if it had mod support and if enemies dropped their weapons on death. For some inexplicable reason, you cannot pickup weapons from dead enemies in Deleted Scenes, even though that's always been a feature of every Counter Strike game. Tour of Duty mode is my favorite even though I hate how completing challenges is mandatory. I just wish the Challenges weren't mandatory to complete in order to progress the Tour of Duty mode. The "bot roster" system in ToD mode is also cool, as you get to pick which bots to take with you. Maverick is my absolute favorite, as he's an absurdly cheap teammate (3 points) who happens to have High Skill. Normally, High Skill bots cost 4 or 5 points. Maverick is a High Skill bot who is available early on, but at the cost of being a loose cannon that disobeys orders. He's so endearing and memorable.

This game released possibly in the worst time ever, right before CS:Source, which was SO new that everyone flocked to CSS and practically forgot about CZ, which is sad because this game probably had some potential. Deleted Scenes is also fun, the maps are very detailed and weapon sounds are incredible. This was the last GoldSrc game released by Valve. 10/10.
