I hope I don't sound too critical of the game. I think the core gameplay is fantastic and see this game being a huge hit if streamers start playing this on Tiktok live and other streaming platforms. I feel like Zen is the only "real" way to play this game. The timed limit on the Classic mode is a little unforgiving and there is no real incentive to play that mode. Arcade is one that can benefit from an in-game guide. I had to search for the manual online just to understand what my objectives are. The UI feels a little dated, so does some of the sound effects outside of the game play. Besides those small cosmetic issues, this game does scratch an itch. Hopefully this game can add cards to this, similar to those coin pushers in arcades today (like the Wizard of Oz).

Yet another game ruined by the concept of challenge for its own sake. Some levels are unnecessarily difficult for no apparent reason. Challenge is NOT a suitable excuse for poor game design. Despite some sections being fun, just because its fun, CLINKY SHINY COINY COINS GO CLINKY SHINY is STILL fun. Some levels are hard, just because apparently, and i do NOT appreciate that game mechanic. I am unamused and some levels are so unnecessarily difficult, i never bothered to actually try having fun, just finishing them to get rid of them, then never playing them again. STILL though this game is GOOD. If it werent for the stupid unnecessary difficulty spikes i would give it a full 10/10, but as it stands, it gets a 7/10. Graphics - Beautiful 9/10 gameplay - fun, 7/10. performance - beautiful 10/10 sound - COINYGOCLINKY 10/10 could use special powers or a modding support system so we can put our own custom coins in the game, but all in all, 7/10, DO recommend, just expect frustation and irritation with some levels, just because, apprently.

Do you like your mouse? Do you have a good mouse? A posh one, or maybe a classic that has felt good to you for so long you keep buying the same mouse? It's that click, that FEEL of the click, the weight of the click, how it feels when held down, how it fast clicks. Each gamer has their own preference - a sweet spot if you like. Comfort. Reliability. A mouse you want to use. Here is a game that will make you love or hate your mouse. It is not really a game, it is a mouse review facilitator. If your mouse does not feel good then this game will tell you, it will decry or affirm your previous mouse beliefs. The modus operandi of a mouse, apart from clean movement is how well it clicks. And this game is just about clicking - although I accept that the very first power-up stops you needing to click, but you STILL WILL! If you read through that, then you have the patience to play this game / not-a-game which is exactly what you think, a coin-pusher like you get at arcades with nothing you must do than click, and of course dopamine-up. Nothing more to it than that, click your button release coin into other coins, watch number go up. So be of no doubt, you are a fool and a lazy ass gamer if you buy and play this. But if you do buy a game that is just a coin pusher that you cant even win real money and prizes then you made a certain decision and you probably want to knwo if this one will tick your boxes, you pathetic failure of a true gamer, you. And yes, it does. Because the coins go down and bounce around and sometimes you will yay! and sometimes you will fume. And call it a scam (no real money or gambling involved folks!) but then you might drop that little trinket you were aiming for 'all along' and you'll stop after you get that one - right?? For such a basic concept for a vidya game I will say this: it looks and plays very nicely. There is a thought out game design with progression and tiers - this is no bad lazy effort thing. It is exactly what it says it is and done well. You will drop coins to push coins but you will also have game modes, boosters, well-balanced progression, goals and satisfaction. If you are going to make a game on Steam that is about pushing coins, this has been done as well as you would hope. So: recommended in theory with the caveats that it is literally nothing more than dropping a virtual coin in a virtual machine to produce a greater number of virtual coins, and also that it's base price at around $10 is too much - but on a decent sale a great way to let your lazy gamer brain watch your serotonin and dopamine fight it out while any IRL external people you know watch your lips go slack and your drooling tongue hang out a bit too much.

The first thing you notice about Coin Pusher Casino are that the graphics are amazingly realistic. Then you notice the music which is very cool. Unfortunately, then you start to think that this is a very boring game where you just have to push coins off a ledge. That is partially true but there is a steady progression of working up bigger and bigger scores. The bonus items you can earn on each level include casino chips, gold and silver bars, collectable items, rolls of paper money and treasure chests. There are also numerous power-up tokens. Collecting these items becomes compulsive. Even when you've run out of coins, you keep hoping to nudge the table and get something to drop. The basic premise of the game is to exceed the buy-in cost for each level. That enables you to progress to the next level. Of the game modes, Zen is most relaxing because it has no time limit. The more challenging mode is Classic, where you have a strict time limit. Finally there is Arcade mode which is incredibly frustrating at first but eventually you figure out how to overcome it using various perks and power-ups so that you can keep achieving jackpots within the time limit and so get a bigger payout. The first arcade mode is a wheel of fortune with a built in dice game. The second arcade mode is a fruit machine / one armed bandit. Other than sheer luck, success in the arcade modes involves collecting 500 coins and then trading them in for a buy-in continuation. In and of itself, that becomes very addictive. I can attest to it being so after playing for nearly 50 hours. To begin with I thought this was going to be a game that got about 1 hour of my life in total (just a bit of nostalgia for old-fashioned amusement arcade games). How wrong can you be ?

If you like those games this is fun. It's entirely physics based and almost looks too good for it's own sake so on underpowered systems you might have some problems otherwise it's good. My only criticism would be that the interface could use a rework. Arcade is time limited levels and is presented as the primary gamemode however it doesn't award much credits for upgrades and cosmetics. Additionally, failing on the later levels can easily bankrupt you because of the buy-in and low return. These later challenge levels can be quite hard without some of the upgrades that you can't really afford. It should be redesigned so "Zen" mode is the primary, which is the same levels but without time limit. These allow you to bag more profits. Arcade as secondary. The new machine that integrates slots and dice rolls doesn't make it obvious how you are meant to use the different mechanics as it lacks a tutorial. Otherwise this game activates the monkey brain and that's all it needs to do.
