This game is really fun when you give it a try. It's your standard beat'em up, but with heavy focus in special attacks, and there are a ton of them for each of the many characters! Combat can be a bit cluncky, but we still can deal with big hordes of enemies thanks to our overpowered attacks, and that's what brawlers are all about! This game might not the best in it's genre, but what it tries is fun most of the time,

Cobra Kai: The Karate Kid Saga Continues pros: //fast game with modern day graphics with easy controls that moves from location A to B to C and so on //good amount of action and special effects cons: //a lot of difficult battles/boss battles //a lot of overpowered enemies //some enemy bosses have unfair attacks and self-healing //not enough health items //could use more upgrades on stat buffs //losing battles are a grindfest (going back to checkpoints will respawn a lot of enemies) //enemies have some uninterruptible attacks that when stacked with other enemies flood the screen making it hard to block/evade //upgrades are a grindfest and cost a lot of resources //some areas have too many traps //a lot of times too many enemies spawn in battle //good game Personal Suggested Purchase Price: $1.99 Or Less During Sale

l love Brawlers (Beat'me Ups). This one is actually really good. It's no Streets Of Rage, Double Dragon, Golden Axe and no Cadillacs & Dinosaurs... but it's really good as it's own flavor. Yeah, it has some cheese but I like that the actors actually took the time to voice act. Well worth the bones to play.

I like the game, but it's not quite as good as I'd hoped. I'm a really big fan of the TV series, the movies not as much. Positives are that it features many characters, and the fighters have different moves to use. I like the map layout for the game. The levels are not short, and there's plenty to pickup throughout. The game looks nice, and runs well on Deck. Negatives counter the positives in places, while there are lots of characters, the story is locked into a specific point in time of the show quite early on. It's neat to be connected to the show, I just wish it would have been a connected differently since the show has progressed so much even since this came out. Though, that's not entirely on the game as the show introduces shifts in character or story quite often. I find the game to be quite difficult, which is surprising and somewhat expected I suppose at my gaming level. All in all, I recommend the game if you're a fan of the show like me. On sale, it's a steal I'd say ($4 right now). But for those who don't watch the show, you might find the frustrations outweigh the delights. Which TBH, if you're not a fan of the show it's pretty run of the mill I'd venture to say... so, do you like karate?
