Only sometimes to make a great game, you need a big budget. Sometimes great ideas, handcrafted graphics and smooth gameplay work. Closure, includes it all, packed in a dark monochrome world with a good soundtrack and environment. It is a puzzle game, but you will never get stuck in impossible puzzles. Some may be more complex, but at least it will guarantee hours of engaging play. For me, is a thumbs up.

I haven't had a puzzle platformer in a long time that has made me ponder so much. It's a shame that you don't get any other big mechanics and that the light determines the whole game, but the light mechanics are good and well thought out.

Devs just updated a 12 years old game, that what dedication is called. Closure is a great representation of the puzzle genre. Core mechanic of light and shadow manipulation challenges you to think in unordinary ways until the very final. The difficulty curve is really close to be excellent in my opinion also. A weak side of Closure is its movement, and therefore platformer part of a game is a flaw, but it's not a big part a game overall. As I said, great game. 7/10
