CBT with Yuuka Kazami is one of, if not the greatest video game to be created of all time. In fact it transcends video games and is more akin to the fine arts, a true experience that can easily change your course of life. This is only added upon with the release of the excellent DLC, Patchouli Knowledges's surprise which is as entertaining as it is educational. I would highly recommend buying this game alongside the DLC as both are life changing and entertaining experiences. CBT with Yuuka Kazami helped me find the meaning of my life and taught me about history that is hidden by the government (play the DLC, you'll get it). I believe my many hours spent in this game show how amazing and influential this game is, I cannot stress enough how great this game is and you should buy it. TLDR: 10/10 buy this fucking game

CBT and life advice with a Touhou character and relaxing music. Nice in theory but very short and could provide a little more in the therapy department, as well as incorporate more Kazami/Touhou content, as the titular character could have been replaced by any X cute anime character. Get it on sale or in a bundle. 6/10

It's fairly short but has actual information on CBT which was interesting. Mostly recommend just because clicking through and having the character pull a gun made me laugh.
