A pain in the ass to get running but it's very fun once you do. The PCGamingWiki article for this game contains a link to a Dropbox file that fixes the piracy false-positives. I also recommend using DxWnd to run this game in windowed mode.

Quite fun management game, especially for its age. Most negative comments are about the broken anti-piracy, but there is files on the discussion boards that fix multiple issues with that the game has. Definitely worth some hours of fun, especially for $5

Perhaps I'm a masochist or maybe just sick in the head but I love this game so bloody much! Even with all its anti-piracy flaws, of which there are many! Most people have found that after you reach the 5ish hour mark the game becomes down right impossible to play due to the issues caused by the anti-piracy bugs! However, as you can see I've put well over 24 hours in the game, and while it is very tedious and frustrating at times it is very much possible to play! Additionally there is a way to disable the anti-piracy protections that can be found on the games discussion form, which I found out about wayy to late for it to be helpful! If you can part with the few dollars it costs to buy the game and love micromanaging and/or you're a masochist like me then I'd say it's worth it. I too seek to avenge those lost to Pasta Italiano on February 27th 1970 :,)

I’d randomly caught a gameplay video on youtube for this by Jerma, and I think I ended up watching it for about 40 minutes before realising I had to get it. From memory, I hadn’t heard of it before. It’s rough around the edges, but let’s remind ourselves that it’s survived at least 6 operating systems since it launched yet the moment you hit play it’s alive & kicking and ready to go. There are some odd sound issues, camera troubles and UI clumsiness that sometimes stall your enjoyment – but it’s a fleeting feeling. Once you start investing time into Casino Inc you’ll be drawn in by its charm. It’s the same type of charm I experienced with Theme Hospital in the 90s. It’s just really fun. It’s wacky, silly and refreshingly enjoyable to micromanage. On one hand I want to sustain a sensibly run Casino, creating guest-specific tables and areas for them to enjoy. On the other hand, I want to raise as much havoc as possible. I’ll deploy multiple hitmen to rivalling Casino’s, I’ll implement cheaters into competing tables, I’ll generally raise war with my enemies. The games description says it best: “It's classy. It's glitzy. It's all yours. Take a gamble.”
