Only playing for 11 hours, All assets are made by hand, the engine they use is open source, minimal bugs on day one and never crashed, they continue to provide fixes for the game years after its release. THAT shows dedication to a game/project. Another actual W dev team and Game. (I get to pet Bunger in VR now that they added a VRMode, which the engine they use has none. So for their devs to FULLY MAKE A VR MODE FROM SCRATCH, is a MASSIVE W for this team. I would love to show more appreceation to them for making that possible.) You cant go wrong with Bunger, just buy the game already cause of Bunger.

This was one of those games that made me sad once it was over. I loved the characters, the story, the gameplay, and exploring the different areas. I got to know all the little critters that live on the island with me and help them with their personal problems. The bugsnax themselves have interesting and cute designs. Really hoping for a sequel!

Just absolutely LOVED all of this game I 100% everything in my first (and so far only) run but in the end I can say I'm absolutely happy I did that. The mail requests made me get tired of the game from time to time but that's nothing taking a few days break couldn't fix. Super interesting story, lovely critters and charcters and fun enviroment. the bugsnax make me uncomfortable, i hate every single one of these characters and the entire game is deceitfully horrifying, i hated this why the hell did i 100% this game and why would i play it again

Bugsnax is one of those games where on the surface, the gameplay is cute and cosy and enjoyable, and then the overall plot still leaves you thinking about the game for years to come, it is funny, interesting, just the right amount of challenging for a casual gamer and very unique, with characters who feel relevant and memorable, despite the story not taking place directly around them. Bugsnax fills the void in all of our hearts that is shaped like documenting something new and interesting, fulfilling quests and making 'friends' and it tops it all off with an adorable cohesive art style, solid mechanics and a decent sized map that it just the right size for what the game offers. With story to boot. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys a little psychological horror and a memorable story experience.
