In terms of story, this is one of the best FMVs I have played. I rooted for each character and was really engrossed in it. I finished it in one setting and plan to complete the endings. I will miss these characters. It's a must-play for story lovers.

Excellent FMV game with an engaging story and many choices, but don't expect those choices to dramatically change the story flow. It's more like the formula popularized by the Telltale games where you have a good illusion of control as long as you keep it a single run. If you try other choices in a different run, you'll probably unlock a hidden ending, but you won't get far so don't expect too much from that point. It's very easy to go back and try another choice with its built-in storyline flowchart, so you don't have to start from the begining each time. And there's a skip scene button for already watched scenes, something that many other FMV games lack. It's a but pricey compared to other FMV games, but considering that a single run takes about 6-7 hours to complete and is very much enjoyable, I highly recommend this game to anyone wanting to follow a good FMV story, among the best you can find here.

Although there is not much skill involved and to there are many little changes you can go back over and over again to find the many different pathways, this game has been really quite enjoyable. The video footage with the simple gameplay and abilities to make decisions which influence other characters is fun. The story is overall very engaging, the actors are great. I've replayed it many times to get different outcomes, so I'm thinking it has kept me interested!

I’ve purchased this game instead of “Love is all around” (which I refunded within 10 minutes of gameplay) and boy am I happy. Hands down the best FMV out there at the moment — cinematography, plot, characters, it has it all. While having no time wasted on pretentious empty shots, the camerawork remains engaging, the picture is colorful and bright, the angles taken are always appropriate for the moment displayed. The plot unfolds before you with the speed of light (which as an easily bored person I appreciated) and by the end of the prologue you realize you forgot to chew the snacks you’ve prepared, forgot to blink, forgot to breathe — it will keep your attention, whether you want it or not. And it never really has a lower point going forward. As your regular young adult type of story, it has a main set of characters surrounding the protagonist, and all of them are individuals, each with their own backstory and personality — you may want to read the archives in the main menu for more information. Trust me, it will not disappoint you. The actors did an amazing job too, no cringe FMV syndrome here. Sometimes the game gets a little frustrating by forcing you to make a choice you don’t really want to make, but it only happens if you’ve set it up for yourself a chapter or two prior. Overall, the variety of scenes and choices is so vast, at one point I got mad at it for not being able to get what exactly did I do wrong (different) and why am I not getting the ending I planned to. I simply changed a small detail somewhere — I am still yet to figure out which — and the whole thing just went completely different direction. It has two main endings (one of them is harder to achieve in my opinion) and five hidden ones. Some you don’t really expect — I stuck to a certain line of behavior simply out of curiosity, thinking “will it really end this way” the whole time. And guess what, it did. The most interesting thing — the game truly is based on a real story (which surprisingly happened not so long ago), for that you may want to research Yang Yongxin. Horrifying stuff. Overall, no FMV (and I’ve played my fair share of those) can actually compete with this one at the current moment. It feels like a whole young adult interactive show with multiple endings and thousands of scenes. Tremendous work was done, and I am a little embarrassed to admit that after “Love is all around” I expected something trashy to cringe at. What I got was so, so much better though. I urge everyone who cares about the genre to give it a try.
