The routines really get you into a groove and it's a nice shadowboxing workout. I love that you can add your own music too. There are times where I find the VR headset riding up my face because I've got such a big grin on my face while I play this! I would recommend people get VR even if the only games they ever play are this and BeatSaber.

great workout. its like hitting mitts. i recommend putting your own track in and use some DnB mix on hard. metal or other genres are too slow. it seems to go by the drum beat. 40min DnB mix on hard and youll drop weight.

I’ve tried several ways to loose weight, and the gym is nice and all but after work the last thing on your mind is going back out. So here we are BoxVr. No Gym membership or the Gym goers looking down at you because your overweight. Every time I play this I know it’s working, I can feel it working I get so hot doing this it’s a proper workout, Better than any gym. I’ve just started this so start on a slow pace two 15min workouts but drink plenty of lemon water. You’ll need it. I’m doing a 30 day fit kick start to see the results. This gets a 6 star rating from me
