This game is absolutely stellar. It's like the anti-clickbait. No matter what you think you're getting, you're getting that and more. I'd give this two thumbs up if I could.

An excellent coop experience, blending tough puzzles with a horror atmosphere and intense shootouts. I had so much fun playing through this with my brother, and no part of it was overtly frustrating. For only $15, its a steal for a fantastic coop game that's better than whats being churned out by multi-billion dollar companies.

Highly recommend if you enjoy puzzles and have a good buddy to run it with. I cannot stress that last part enough though, this game is STRICTLY 2-player coop and there's several parts that need really good communication. There's plenty of puzzles where you do have to stop and think but there's nothing that's over the top in difficulty, me and my buddy who are both idiots managed to finish the game in 9 hours over the course of 3 days. It also is not terribly punishing on deaths and failures, checkpoints are often and you can learn from your mistakes. It's also just relaxed enough that you can have some good laughs whenever you fuck up. Will be sitting and waiting excitedly for Part 2 if the devs get around to it!

If you adore playing games like It Takes Two or We Were Here with a friend, then this game is probably for you. A couple of puzzles and interfaces can be more jank than necessary, but overall the game has more depth/playtime than I expected. I purchased the game on sale, but it's still worth getting at regular price if you're itching for a new co-op game with a buddy.
