sorry for the long paragraph but please DEV and futur buyer read this : The core idea behind Bio Inc. Redemption is genuinely interesting, but the execution feels shallow. There’s little to no interaction between systems — nothing seems to affect anything else in a meaningful way. For example, you’d expect that STDs would weaken the immune system, making it easier for other diseases to develop and spread. That’s not exactly a groundbreaking concept. Similarly, a character labeled as a nymphomaniac should be more prone to catching recurring STDs, and over time, repeated treatments should logically lead to antibiotic resistance. But none of that happens. Cancer, which we know severely impacts the immune system, doesn’t seem to have that kind of strategic consequence either. Every disease and symptom seems to exist in a vacuum, and as a result, the gameplay feels like a simple "rush everything as fast as you can" simulator rather than a thoughtful strategy game. That said, I got the game for $1, so I’m not upset — and the concept does have potential. It just feels like the developers barely scratched the surface of what could have been a deep, strategic experience. The human body is a complex and fascinating system, and it’s disappointing to see it reduced to something so basic. If the devs took inspiration from shows like House M.D. — where diagnosing is about piecing together clues and understanding the intricate ways symptoms and conditions interact — they could create a much richer and more immersive game. I’m leaving a positive review in the hope that future patches will dig deeper and bring this great concept to life with the depth it deserves.

The game is very good for its price: It has several different stages which always makes you come back for more. Additionally, while this has nothing to do with the game itself, I really like these biological simulators (which is why I also like Plague Inc, Rebel Inc, and After Inc) I am also very excited for Extinction Day!

I shoved an influx of symptoms and my patient died. I shoved an influx of needles and my patient survived. I shoved both and I made the patient have an epileptic showdown of cellular dysfunction. W game.

Bio Inc: Redemption lets you either save a dying patient or absolutely ruin their body one system at a time. It's like Plague Inc’s evil twin with a medical degree and a grudge. The concept is fun, and watching organs fail in a domino effect is darkly satisfying. But gameplay gets repetitive fast—click symptoms, wait, upgrade, repeat. The strategy is there, but once you figure out the optimal path, it becomes more of a grim routine than a challenge. Presentation is slick, voice lines are hilariously dramatic, and the guilt? Optional. Great for short sessions, less so for long playthroughs. And yes—you will learn more about gallbladders than you ever asked for.

Decent time waster but it gets boring after a while. Also do NOT attempt to 100% this game. You will want to kill yourself!!!
