battlefield hardline is a 2015 cops and robbers fps game i do feel like this game is quite overhated, i know it's not a military shooter like the other battlefield games, but for what it's worth it's better than battlefield 2042 which doesn't even have a campaign don't buy this game if you're only focused on multiplayer though, quite literally nobody plays this on pc anymore, you'll have better luck getting a full match on ricochet than you do on this game i will still give it this much, this game was overhated and i'm willing to die on this hill sure, it was a bit cheesy, but i think the idea of it is pretty fun, games like this and payday 2 are nice, breath of fresh air i would say, i enjoyed the concept of straying away from military shooters with battlefield hardline overall? 7.5/10

Played the BETA on PS3 and had a fun time. but i hate to see the servers for PC become dead (depends on the date and time i guess since other people make plans on making game nights with this game) but seeing people play it more on console than PC kinda makes me wonder if they ever thought to switch to PC one day and realize that this game is dead as hell on multiplayer mode for some reason. yes i get it, it doesn't deserve the name battlefield due to the feeling of the game NOT feeling like a battlefield game. But that doesn't mean it should die in a way. i'd say REVIVE the game again and maybe people will rethink their opinions (if they wanted to)

Absolutely pick up on sale (as in whenever you catch this at around 5 bucks)! Multiplayer is almost abandoned, you can still get some matches at specific times of the day but more often than not it's just 4-5 people trying to find themselves in the map. What's left is a solid enough singleplayer campaign, about 5 hours of some kind of Bad Boys reject script split into 10 TV-series-like chapters (complete with recaps at the start of each one whenever you pick the game back up).
