it's an okay game x3

This game is rough, goofy, but playable for a PC football game. It's clearly the first stepping stone the developer took in their quest to make an alternative to Madden on PC, but you can feel the PC optimization with the mouse based throw control which oddly feels far more realistic than hitting a key/button as you do in Madden. You have to memorize the routes of each play to effectively throw, which is immersive and fun. Teams are rough approximations to real NFL teams, with some being better than others based upon the actual NFL performance around 2014-2015. Playbooks are limited, and I found run plays difficult to get going with few exceptions. But once I got a rhythm going and learned how to exploit weaknesses and play to my strengths, I got hooked and found myself earning every achievement. I think at this point in Axis Football's franchise this early janky game(that's almost ten years old now) should be free, but if you like football you can still get some hours of fun out of this that might make it worth the cost if nothing else catches your fancy.
