Alien Hominid is a challenging game that requires persistence and constant attention to your surroundings to avoid frequent deaths. It’s a tough but rewarding experience, where skill and focus are key to progressing. This game marked my childhood, and now it’s better than ever with improved resolution and smoother visuals. The Behemoth has always treated this game as an iconic title, and I commend them for the incredible design of the character and for their other fantastic games. It's a classic that continues to stand the test of time. 10/10

Peoples love for the game is basically fully nostalgia fueled. Actual masochist difficulty and it's mostly because it's nearly impossible to see all the tiny ass attacks and they throw new enemies at you like there's no tomorrow. I'll 100% the game but yikes, only get the game if your a big Behemoth fan and are prepared for gameplay significantly harder than Battleblock or Castle Crashers.

I used to play the GBA and Xbox 360 ports of this game all the time as a kid, and I played the hell out of Castle Crashers and Battleblock Theater when they came out. These games have been extremely formative for me... I cannot describe the simple joy I get finally playing it on PC. I was a pretty dumb kid and never realized it was a flash game all along. But hey, now I get to play the HD version again!

It's good to see original Flash games era being revived and being here on Steam. Plus refreshing too. Alien Hominid HD is the same deal like the old one but with slightly more polished looks, few extra contents and mini-games being there. Plus doable with co-op even though not perfect but still works with Steam Remote Play option. There's also achievements to collect so good luck hunting those! For a short but still fleshed out gameplay it still holds up too well and holds dearly to my heart. With the master work of Dan Paladin, lots of charm and creative work being here after so many years later. This was a very fun experience and the merrier with a co-op partner!
