this game will probably not be for everyone due to its very challenging gameplay and puzzles that might not be obvious at first glance, but if you're willing to put in a bit of time and effort to give it a couple tries, i think its worth it. i absolutely love the style of this game and it definitely lives up to the horrifying expectations i had going in. pretty cool!

It's like someone took my childhood nightmares and gave them a retro makeover. I'm ten hours in, and honestly, it's INSANITY!!!! Aka Manto is not just a game; it's a cardiovascular workout. The sheer turmoil of having to sprint away from a malevolent spirit with a penchant for bathroom stalls is both terrifying and hilariously absurd. One moment, you're contemplating life while staring at a rusty toilet; the next, you're running for your pixelated life, screaming internally (or externally, no judgment). The thrill of narrowly escaping Aka Manto's grasp is matched only by the ridiculousness of the situations you find yourself in. There's nothing quite like the rush of slamming a door shut in a desperate bid for survival, only to realize you've trapped yourself in a broom closet. The sheer absurdity of these moments makes the terror worth it. It's a game that keeps you on your toes—and laughing at your own misfortune. So yeah, Aka Manto is a blast from the past with a side of “why am I doing this to myself?” If you love retro graphics, heart-pounding chases and want to question your sanity every time you turn a corner, this game is your ticket to an unforgettable (and slightly traumatizing) experience. 10/10, would totally freak out again.

Is it scary? Heck yeah. Did I finish it? Nope! I tried playing this game 2 years ago but I couldn't finish it. Not because I was too scared to continue, it's because this game gave me a splitting headache. Gave it another try few days ago and I still get the headache. I can't pinpoint whether it was the intense visuals or the eerie sound design that triggered my headache, but one thing's for sure – Aka Manto knows how to get under your skin. Despite my inability to finish the game, I can't deny its ability to instill fear in you! But don't let my experience stop you from getting this game! While it may not have been a smooth ride for me, there's no denying the craftsmanship behind this horror masterpiece. Chilla's Art has crafted a damn good horror experience, excelling in instilling a sense of dread and unease unlike any other.

This game has given me recurring nightmares for the past month, as well as a constant irrational fear of public toilets only made worse if it is the school toilets. To such an extent that I’ve been having mini panic attacks whilst taking a hot dump in the toilets at my school. Overall: Good game, would recommend
