A fun brawler and worth picking up for fans of the genre. Controls are pretty tight, there are skill trees, and newer equipment can be earned. Also, all conversations are voiced; which is a definite bonus.

Easily one of the best beat-em-ups I've played on PC. expect light jank, expect unimpressive graphics, but the mechanics and flow - even the story and style - are extremely solid. it's probably not Great with a capital G, but I've always had a blast with it, both here and on PS4. (The loading on the PC SSD vs. the PS4 Pro is intense. PC for life.) it's really good, and well worth the money. I got it for dollars, and it's worth dozens. get it. try it. there's a lot of good, fluid combat here, with a lot more depth than your average Streets of Rage clone. definitely recommended, downright mandatory for the nutty -90% sales they frequently have. at least try it out.

This is a very nice game and easy recommendation for anyone who like this genre. To be honest it is not top of its class, but it was still a nice experience to go full play through and to get all achievements. - It is a tough game if you play from start on highest difficulty. Later on you will get stronger but first half of the game was very tough on highest setting. But that was exactly the reason why I like it even more. - Fights are fair and you just have to be fast in reacting, so game is never cheating or something that would artificially boost difficulty. - There are variety of enemies but in general there is simply a pattern for each of them. Ghosts are my favorite and really tricky. - Solid boss fights, and for each there is different approach. Not brain melting to get it done but interesting - Graphics completely hits the spot and the setting. Some levels look like a watercolor picture with bright visuals. There are as well darker tone for some so there is a variety of graphics. - Story is solid but nothing to be excited about. Simply to fill in the gameplay Honestly I have nothing negative to say about this game. I really liked it. Maybe equipment is meaningless and I didn't see any difference in getting different weapon or armor but it changed the looks at least. Full recommendation from me for one good weekend-long beat 'em up. 9/10

Great game, plays flawless with Remote Play Together, no latency, no issues. Much harder than Redeemer (also a great game I have finished) much more depth in 9MS. Actual builds can be made, it is not a button smasher, if you take the time to learn the mechanics and how the skill trees work to play with different builds it is a hidden gem of a game. It will workout your hands if using a controller, not a bad thing, the Qi system makes it a thinker instead of a smasher. Only issue I had was sometimes the 3/4d maps were hard to navigate (going up and down) in a tiny staircase that leads to a hallway with obstacles and a camera you can't move, not a game breaker, didn't happen often. Overall a great time so far at 6hrs in co-op with a controller, not much like this available. Thanks for the game Sobaka Studio.

This is a game you play on a long train ride or just want to play something pretty mindless to take a break from deeper and more involved games. 6/10 Stars. and 6 is NOT BAD.
