Oh my goodness, I love this game so much! All five of the girls have cute personalities and cute appearances making them a lot of fun to interact with. Dialogue throughout the game is delightful, not just from the girls but from everyone, including the "professional consultant from the consultant company" (the protagonist). Everyone is quirky and entertaining and I hope they never change <3 The girls and the consultant have endearing and inspiring values. They're so sincere in their team spirit and devotion to their work. It makes me care all the more about saving the street market, as well as making me want to work hard towards my own goals! One way in which their commitment to the street market is expressed is through the topics covered in conversations. They go into a surprising amount of depth about food and marketing. I love that this game educated me. Another way it's expressed is through each girl's personal story. Rather than having disconnected personal lives involving extra characters, each girl's route is connected to their food stall. It communicates how invested each of them is in the street market community. The balance between the visual novel and management gameplay is just right. Making decisions each day about which actions to take is satisfying, and the game rewards you with an impressive number of events to discover. These events are varied, big and small, and make each playthrough unique. It isn't a perfect game, though. There are numerous errors and bugs. Most are innocuous, like the wrong name being displayed when someone is speaking. But occasionally it is a problem, like when there are untranslated lines or when I experience the consequences of a decision I didn't make! These flaws can be frustrating but they've never affected my affection for this game. Food Girls is a vibrant, lively, joyous game and I've loved every minute I've spent with it. I did enjoy this, but it also caused me a lot of frustration. It takes about 6hrs to play through the storyline once, and you'll need to play it several times in order to get all of the achievements. I made a guide for it after my 3rd failed attempt to get the Perfect Ending, because there aren't that many guides on steam. The story was cute enough, the management part was fairly fun although it's not my usual type of game. I wish there was a zen mode where time didn't matter, so I could explore everything in the one playthrough, although after my 37 hours of playing the game, I feel like I saw most of it! The English translation was quite good, with only minor spelling mistakes, and only a few instances of characters being called by the wrong names. There's one recurring issue; the game says that Bubbles loses Quality from arguing with customers, but she actually loses Popularity (and never as many points as the game says). There did seem to be some glitches, including your stats changing for seemingly no reason. Eg a couple of times I found I had 20 points less than I had calculated even though I had been paying close attention. Other times I somehow had higher stats than I had calculated. It happened very rarely, and most of the time though it was only a few points lower or higher so it wasn't a big deal. Over all, I think it was enjoyable and worth playing.

This VN actually safe. Steam only hiding lulu's cuteness. Fortunately there are guide to restore it. For the game, this vn actually hard. Need some planning skill or trial and error if you did not read the guide. The pros is, this game has replayability to get another ending.
