I absolutely love this game. It's similar to Resident Evil 2 Remake but with customizations. There is a clothing damage system in the game which is pretty neat. unreal level of optimization. Im on an RTX4060ti and im getting 90-120 fps in 4K. On my steam deck im getting consistent 60 fps. The first episode was great and there will be more in future. And the challenge mode is addictive as hell. I haven't had this much fun in a while.

Hot Journalist (an actual journalist not a game journalist) Goes into office building and comes out looking like a bunny girl. 10/10 would recommend. Aside from the little joke part, the game is surprisingly, REALLY solid. With combat thats a mix between the Resident Evil 3 Remake, (Dodging, though no perfect dodging) and Melee executions, (with fire axes and knives) from RE4. Zombies, all types of them have VERY consistent staggering, if you just aim for the head, (except the Mini-boss types which I will not spoil.) Allowing for VERY awesome saves, of you being at practically 1 hp, a walker charges at you to grab and bite into your neck, and you quickly slash at it with your axe right on the head to stagger it. All zombies can also be executed when they're staggered (except the mini-bosses). By hitting the right mouse button with a melee weapon. This also combos with your guns too, (If you shoot a zombie in the head with the weak little glock, you can rush in, switch to your melee, and execute. Allowing for HEAVY ammo conservation, adding to that Survival Horror.) The level design is a surprising MASTERCLASS too, save for a very few exceptions (The pre-nerf stealth section, the 2nd miniboss, the final section of the game.) The Protagonist, Jodi. Is also quite customizable, if you LOVE the alternate outfits for Survival Horror games, well this game lets you customize EACH article of clothing Jodi is rocking. From parts you find in the Main Game, or the challenge modes, From slick leather, to straight up pornorific, Jodi is your barbie doll. A badass barbie doll too. She also controls SURPRISINGLY well, with her movement being a smooth, 360 degrees in normal movement, and 180 facing your camera during combat, or with your flashlight out. And she can go from executing, to dodging, then to shooting in the span of a couple seconds. The Killing Antidote is a surprising rough diamond in the rough, for the price of around 25 dollars. I would say it's worth the price.

This is a nice game from fresh developers. It's early access and a little cringy sometimes but the Devs work extremly actively on the game and are very responsive. Don't listen to people who say it is to hard. It's a trial and error kind of game and sometimes you need to think out of the box. The more you play the better you get. The infamous stealth section has already been changed at day 2 and is much more enjoyable now. But even that wasnt hard once you figured out how. The content is plenty as well, i'd say its about as long as RE3 remake at this point, but if you dont use guides, and enjoy the expirience you'll get plenty more of time out of it since the game doesn't hold your hand like so many other games these days.

Early Access v0.5 Review + Beautiful graphics. + Good optimization. I'm on outdated hardware but the game still runs and looks great. + Amazing physics. + Weapons (both ranged and melee) feel very impactful. The axe (main melee weapon) specifically feels really satisfying to use. + Animations are really well done and during combat there's even dynamic animations intertwined with the physics depending on the weapon and the state the enemy's in. + Awesome zombie dismemberment system (i. e. if you chop off a leg, the enemy will crawl and attack you on the ground, and so on). + Everything involving the main character's control and animations is really polished and well done. Jodi can run, jump, dodge, crouch, roll, climb ledges. + Melee combat is great for a survival horror game. You got light attack, heavy attack, stomp (like in Dead Space), weapon throw, stealth assasinations and special finishers for stunned enemies. + Above average variety of game modes for an early access game. Aside from the Story Mode, you get 6 extra challenge modes. Tons of replay value. + Light clothing damage (could be heavier but I'm happy to have it anyway, even if it's minimal). + Expansive character customization: makeup options, around 230 clothing and acessory pieces, 30 hairstyles so far (according to the developer). + Chest and waist sliders. + Jodi's model puts all RE Engine ladies to shame. - There's only one story chapter available right now. This justifies the game being in early access, but for those looking for a complete survival horror campaign, be warned: the story mode is not complete yet. In conclusion, this is shaping up to be an amazing survival horror game. And no, this isn't your typical cheap asset flip waifu kusoge, it's very clear the developers care and are trying hard to deliver a polished experience here. Even if you don't care about the dress-up and character customization, you'll still enjoy this if you like survival horror/third person shooter games.
