This game has been around for 2 years and it's probably the most famous Chinese FMV/dating sim -- with good reason! It set the benchmark for other games - 6 unique girls, relationship levels with each character, hidden endings, exploration, and the challenge of choosing different choice paths to reach all the ending -- this game started it all. It's not my absolute favorite of all time [Knowledge, or know Lady] knocks it out of the water in terms of perfection, but this game, which spawned a full DLC sequel and (coming soon) prequel along with countless other games is treasured by FMV enjoyers. And the price is very reasonable - setting the standard for future games as well. But if that's not enough, you can put it on your waitlist and wait for it to go on sale; even at $10 it's still worth it. Also, ignore the tags, there's not really any sexual content or nudity in this game, except for some very minor suggestive content. And choices matter! But choose them all to enjoy all the many character endings - good and bad. You won't be disappointed.

This FMV shines with unexpected results of your choices. Its a bit less straight forward then the other big chinese FMVs. However a lot more can go wrong. This is the only FMV i did not achieve my desired end for my first play through. Story wise its well crafted and more complex then other FMVs. All 6 Girls are either cute, sexy or both but expect no nudity whatsoever its very tame even more then the other 2 chinese FMVs i have played so far. The english subtitels while not perfect seem to be pretty good. I never got confused so i could make the choices i want if not always with the results i expected. What is a notable downside compared to other FMVs is that the transition between scenes is not seemless but you it takes a few sec to switch making it feel unnecessarily laggy. However i did not encounter a single bug. The story board works as it should but its not as good as in other FMVs. The DLC is very underrated. I personally actually enjoyed it very much. Yes its very short and could have used more playtime however what i got was totally worth it. It might be simple but the 3 girls each have their own charm and are very beautifull. This is an awesome movie-style interactive game, where you play as "Gu Yi", a loser with no money and no home, but somehow will manage to attract very charming and beautiful girls into his life, each one competing for his attention! Six of them in fact! Yes, SIX (6) cute and beautiful girls! Wow, right? They will let you stay in their homes for free, or pay your rent for you, perhaps convince their father to allow for marrying you and one will even make you fight their ex-husband! They may even run you down with a car or bury you six-feet under out of jealousy..... And guess what? In the DLC, this loser, will even attract three more beauties! Yes, THREE (3) more! It's just unreal! But hey, that's why it is such a good game! Okay, okay, it's a good game, because the girls are all so nice to look at! Oh, and my favourite is Zheng Ziyan!

My first thought when i saw this game was "haha hihi, that looks stupid", but while playing it i realised that I am in desperate need of a womens touch and i try to supress this feeling in any way possible. And yet, the thought of actually being liked by a women sparked a little hope in me approved

I did zero research on this game and bought it thinking it was "a Chinese Super Seducer" to play it with friends and have a laugh. It's not that, it's actually "serious" even though it has its funny moments. But even with that, this entertained us nicely for the hours it took to complete a full run through it and some extra endings. There isn't much to say about the game, it's a "dating sim" with a romcom plot with a beginning and an end. You play as Gu Yi, a guy that is broke and in deep debt. Even then, you meet six girls who for some reason are really glad to lend you money, rent, houses, rooms, jobs, lives and in the end even their love. The acting is not that great and the game feels really cheap despite some cool shots. Even then, I recommend this wholeheartedly. My friends and I actually had tons of fun and were engaged in the story. We each had our favourite girl but since I was the one playing I went the Xiao Lu route because she is the best and sweetest girl of them all, with Zheng Ziyan a close second. This game while far from being the best out there is a really cute and sweet read/watch and if you like this kind of games I'm sure you'll love it. One thing I really want to stress out is to be careful to play this if you suffer from depression/loneliness and are in a bad spot overall. While it may relieve you a bit with filling that gap with 6 virtual girls showing you love in sincere forms, you may end up taking it badly, thinking "I'll never have this irl" and it may worsen your situation. If you think I'm bullshitting you, you can check Steam forums and reviews to see how, among many meme ones, there's actually some people sharing how this game affected them. I'll admit that I also felt a bit of sadness after reflecting on it since I'm not in the best spot myself, but luckily playing it with friends made me associate mostly funny thoughts to the events of the game. This is all ll I had to say about the game. I bought it for the memes but I actually enjoyed it quite a bit. Oh, and for those asking, there is no NSFW content, not even hinted. And it's better this way.
