I would've enjoyed the game more if I weren't color blind. Nevertheless, I just brute-forced my way through and still got all the achievements. The hentai art is obviously gorgeous, but the interactivity is limited and somewhat anemic.

"Yokai's secret" is a decrypt game with ecchi girls. The "Country of Yamato" once had cherry blossoms, and Yokai lived in peace with human beings. One day, the Yokai suddenly began to riot. In order to heal the world, you, as the "Master Hentai", embarked on the journey. Developer’s “Double W” second installment of 3 currently released games on Steam. No less than 70 puzzles have to be completed in order to finish the game and achieve all 14 girl related unlockables. These come in the form of an animated picture, with some interactivity and a small minigame. Which then unlocks the same animated picture as before, but with the girl more scarsely clothed. Again some small interactions are possible here. Girls overall are less voluptuous, if this is your thing... Most of them are Neko. Several successive colorcoded lines have to be assembled in the puzzles. With small fluctuations in the color’s tones, the player carefully has to spot and put all of them in the right consecutive order, all within a given amount of time. The puzzles are nothing special themselves, nor do they add anything new to the genre, little fun to play, but they are done decently. All levels can be rushed as well, for those who want to complete the game a bit more faster or if one gets stuck on a particular level. The farther you progress, the more demanding the levels get, most of them being challenging enough, so they cannot be completed intime on the first try. Background music and sound effects are nothing memorable and subpar compared to other games in the genre. Two free DLC’s are available: “Free 18+ Content” and “HD Wallpaper Collection”, both being self-explanatory by the title. 49 achievements can be unlocked, easily achievable in about 2 hours, maybe even quicker when cheesing the levels. Which makes Yokai’s Secret excellently suited for achievement hunters and completionists. If you play through all the levels, you will get a decent amount of gameplay for your money. No grinding has to be done in order to unlock all of the achievements. For a more easy method to cheese the puzzles, to save time and possibly some frustration: Run the game in windowed mode, during a puzzle: press “S”, click on the cat, screenshot the completed puzzle, paste it in paint or something else... , then restart the puzzle and complete it whilst referencing the screenshot on the side. To conclude: Yokai’s Secret is a game, with little to no replay-ability. The x-rated content is rudimentary and under-par compared to most other NSFW puzzlers. The price is ok compared to other games of the same genre. It can be a great addition to the library of users who like collecting these puzzlers. Recommended for: casual, puzzle gamers, hentai lovers, achievement hunters and completionists. Cheers, SultanK

Yokai's Secret is a color logic puzzle game with adult content. The goal of the game is to arrange the colors on the board so that they follow a logical gradient. It's a little complex to explain, but as long as you can discern between colors, know how color blending works and have no issue with colorblindness or similar, you will understand the game really quickly. There are 14 girls with 5 stages each, and although the levels are all under a minute long, I really enjoyed this game. The art is great, the gameplay is fluid and the music is amazing. I honestly have a hard time believing how many tracks there are, I would say over 20!? The art in the adult content scenes is also quite a lot better than the average cheap adult games, all the scenes are interactive, animated and contain a minigame each. The game itself and the adult scenes could use more variety, but to be fair this is a great game. I didn't really care for the story, it felt rushed and quite uninteresting. It was also was poorly written, that would the only thing I disliked about the game. Overall, surprised with the quality for $2. Recommended from me.
