awesome game with amazing story the girls are cute and pretty cant wait for part 3 if there is (maybe he will travel to the future) but hoping there is 9/10 rating

This is a direct sequel to the first game. I will suggest completing the first one before playing the second one. There is less urgency compared to the first since you are not hunting a serial killer this time around. I feel it takes away a lot of excitement but still not a bad story. Hopefully there will be a third one involving a time traveler killer?

Amazing FMV like game with an intriguing story with a much more realistic setting. On the first playthrough there's a lot of mysteries to be uncovered but as you replay the story on different paths, you begin to understand each character motivations/background. The cons being subtitles not being synced up all the time, and translation is a bit ambiguous but still good enough to understand the choices being made. The producing team also did a great job with the casting of adult/child XIaokui and the actress of Fang Zhilian did a great job portraying a vast range of emotions and role. We definitely need more FMV games like this with less cringeworthy romance scenes as some other FMV games has devolved into. Here the romance is subtle and takes a backseat just like the first game. A good idea for the next sequel would be the timeline right after this which is the Japanese occupation of China

Game of Fate 1? Banger story Game of Fate 2? Banger story Get Game of Fate 3 ready. I do like the characters in 1 better, but that's just personal. The subtitles might need some improvements, but I assume that happened with the first game as I played that well beyond launch date and this I played as soon as it hit the store. 2025 is definitely off to a great start in terms of the FMV genre. As a huge fan of Zhong ChengYao, we all know her as Zheng ZiYan(LiAA), it is nice to see her in other projects as she showcases her amazing and versatile acting. I've only played through the 1st chapter and I'm simply blown away by the production/quality. I'm looking forward to what more unfolds within the story.
